Shipping Policy: At Khumbatics, we’re committed to delivering our unique coffee mushroom blends directly to your door, no matter where in Canada you are located. Here’s how we get our products to you:

  • Shipping Area: We ship Canada wide from Edmonton.
  • Service Providers: We use major courier services to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
  • Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery at any time.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary based on the size of your order and the delivery location. These costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service used. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days.

 

Return Policy: We stand behind the quality of our coffee mushroom blends and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy, here’s how you can make a return:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. The product must be in its original, unopened condition.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@khumbatics.ca. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the steps to send the product back to us.
  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective item, we are happy to exchange it for the same product. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
